Anti-RPLP2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises the RPLP2 target in human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–115 of human RPLP2 (NP_000995.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are IHC: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
