Anti-RPLP1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant human RPLP1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an unconjugated preparation supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no added Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺. It is provided in a 50 µl aliquot and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), where it detects endogenous levels of total RPLP1 in human, mouse, and rat samples.
