Anti-RPLP1 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets RPLP1 and is supplied as a liquid formulation. The antibody is unconjugated, with IgG as the isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, Rat and Zebrafish samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-114 of human RPLP1 (NP_000994.1), and the reported molecular weight of the target is 17 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
