Anti-RPL7A Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-266 of human RPL7A (NP_000963.1). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is supported by three scientific validation images.
