Anti-RPL5 (K197) Antibody

Immunisation was carried out in Rabbit using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180–220 of Human Ribosomal Protein L5 as immunogen. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding >95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and detects endogenous levels of Ribosomal Protein L5 protein.
