Anti-RPL5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the 60S ribosomal protein L5 (also known as large ribosomal subunit protein uL18), raised against a recombinant human RPL5 immunogen so that it recognises the endogenous total RPL5 pool in lysates and tissue sections. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for flexible assay design. The IgG host antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and shows broad reactivity across Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For best stability, the vial should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided; the product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
