Anti-RPL39 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the ribosomal protein RPL39, also known as 60S ribosomal protein L39 or large ribosomal subunit protein eL39. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated and belongs to the IgG isotype, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide immunogen derived from the internal region of human RPL39. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total RPL39 protein.
