Anti-RPL30 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue as a primary antibody reagent, this preparation is a Rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against RPL30, the 60S ribosomal protein L30 (also known as large ribosomal subunit protein eL30). The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide corresponding to an internal region of human RPL30 and was subsequently affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, which ensures selective recognition of endogenous levels of total RPL30 protein. The reagent is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. The 50 µL aliquot is shipped cold at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with samples from both human and mouse.
