Anti-RPL30 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets RPL30 and is supplied unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC). It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of the 60S ribosomal protein L30.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 70–115 of human RPL30 and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is reported to be greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 13 kDa.
