RPL30 (ribosomal protein L30) is a structural component of the large 60S ribosomal subunit, contributing to the assembly and stability of mature ribosomes and to the catalytic activity of the translation machinery. The protein participates in translational regulation through its role in subunit biogenesis and has been examined in studies of ribosomal protein function in mammalian cells. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as a 100 µL vial.

It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications and cross-reacts with endogenous RPL30 in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format allows flexible secondary antibody pairing, and the polyclonal design supports recognition of multiple epitopes across the target.

Researchers studying ribosome biogenesis, translational control, or expression changes in proliferative and cancer cell models can use this antibody to monitor RPL30 steady-state levels. For short-term storage, keep refrigerated at 4 °C; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze to minimize freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity.
