Anti-RPL28 (Y77) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RPL28 at the Y77 epitope. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of Human Ribosomal Protein L28.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of Ribosomal Protein L28 protein, which has a molecular weight of ~ 16 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
