A rabbit polyclonal antibody to RPL26L1 (E145) supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 110–162 of human RPL26L1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of RPL26L1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 20 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
