Anti-RPL22 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RPL22, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been KO Validated. It is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-122 of human RPL22 (NP_000974.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
