Anti-RPL10 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an affinity-purified polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets the ribosomal protein L10 (RPL10) and is intended for Western blot detection of endogenous RPL10 in human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antiserum is supplied at 50 µl per vial, formulated as 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is affinity-chromatography purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen (purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE). The corresponding molecular weight of the target on reduced SDS-PAGE is around 25 kDa, consistent with the 60S ribosomal subunit protein uL16 / 60S ribosomal protein L10 (also reported as Protein QM, DXS648E and Laminin receptor homolog). The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1000, and the reagent should be stored at –20 °C in aliquots to limit freeze–thaw cycles, with short-term use at 4 °C.
