RPL10, a conserved component of the 60S ribosomal subunit with established roles in protein translation and ribosome biogenesis, can be detected across human, mouse, and rat samples using this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot applications. Also known in the literature as QM, RPL10 has been investigated in the context of X-linked intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders, and certain leukemias, supporting studies in neurodevelopment and cancer biology. The 100 µl vial format accommodates multiple blotting experiments with cell lysates or tissue extracts, and refrigerated storage preserves reagent activity for routine laboratory workflows.
