The RPL10 protein is a core component of the large 60S ribosomal subunit and plays a key role in ribosome assembly and protein translation. This polyclonal reagent targets a defined epitope on RPL10, making it suitable for western blot detection of the endogenous human protein in cell lysates and tissue extracts.

Produced in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 200 µl vial, the antibody is intended for research use only and validated for western blot workflows. It reacts specifically with human RPL10, allowing laboratories to monitor expression of this ribosomal subunit component in studies of translation, ribosome biogenesis, and the cellular pathways affected by RPL10 dysfunction in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and certain neurodevelopmental disorders.

Recommended storage is at -20°C, with working aliquots prepared to limit freeze-thaw cycles on the stock; protect from light and centrifuge briefly before opening. Dilute in an appropriate buffer for immunoblotting according to the laboratory's standard protocol.

Supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this reagent supports projects that examine ribosome composition, translational control, and the molecular consequences of ribosomal protein variants in human disease models.
