Anti-RPIA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RPIA (ribose 5-phosphate isomerase A), a protein localised to the nucleoplasm, vesicles, and plasma membrane, with tissue-enhanced expression noted in bone marrow. The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, and it has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with three scientific validation images available. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Prepared as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 33 kDa. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 82–311 of human RPIA (NP_653164.2). Recommended working dilutions are 1:200–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
