Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The target, retinitis pigmentosa GTPase regulator (also referred to as RP3 and XLRP3), is detected in human, mouse and rat samples.
The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS with sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
It was raised against a recombinant human RPGR immunogen and recognises endogenous levels of total RPGR protein. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
