Anti-RPE65 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to RPE65, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is supported by three scientific validation images.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 274–533 of human RPE65 (NP_000320.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
