Anti-RPE Antibody

Offered by antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against RPE and supplied in unconjugated, liquid form. The reagent has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, supported by two scientific validation images.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for both IHC and ICC/IF. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–228 of human RPE (NP_954699.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
