This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognises the RPC19 subunit of RNA polymerase III (Pol III) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. RPC19 is a 19 kDa subunit that contributes to the catalytic core of Pol III and is shared with RNA polymerase I, supporting transcription of tRNA, 5S rRNA, and U6 snRNA genes in yeast.

Provided as 100 µl of liquid IgG, the reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot and ELISA applications. For immunoblotting of yeast whole-cell extracts, a working dilution of 1:500 to 1:1000 is commonly used, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and chemiluminescent detection.

Store the antibody at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge briefly before use and avoid extended exposure to room temperature. This reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
