Anti-Rpb1 (phospho-S1619) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Rpb1 only when phosphorylated at Serine 1619. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Rpb1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 1619, and the target is observed at molecular weights of approximately 217 and 240 kDa.
