Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Rpb1 (P1613). It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1580–1630 of human Rpb1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of POLR2A protein. The target migrates at approximately 217 and 240 kDa, and the reagent has been affinity-purified to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
