Anti-RPAP3 Antibody

RPAP3 (RNA Polymerase II Associated Protein 3) is a scaffolding component of the R2TP complex, where it partners with RuvBL1, RuvBL2, and PIH1D1 to act as a co-chaperone for the assembly of RNA Polymerase II and several PIKK family kinases. Research on RPAP3 has linked it to snoRNP biogenesis, mTOR and ATM/ATR signaling, and the cellular response to transcription stress.
