Anti-RPA2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Replication Protein A2, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. RPA2 is the 32 kDa middle subunit of the heterotrimeric Replication Protein A complex that coats single-stranded DNA intermediates generated during replication, nucleotide excision repair, and homologous recombination. The reagent is widely used to monitor RPA complex loading and displacement at stalled or active replication forks, to follow DNA damage-induced phosphorylation on the N-terminal region of the subunit, and to probe checkpoint activation downstream of genotoxic stress.

Supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in a vial, the antibody is recommended for studies of S-phase progression, ATR-Chk1 signaling crosstalk, and cancer biology workflows where altered RPA expression is being examined.
