Anti-RPA2 (A17) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against RPA2. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human RPA2, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of RPA2 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
