Anti-RPA1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human RPA1 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications, where it recognises endogenous levels of total RPA1 — the 70 kDa subunit of the heterotrimeric replication protein A complex involved in single-stranded DNA binding, DNA replication, repair, and the DNA-damage response. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in Human and Mouse samples. For shipping, the vial is dispatched on cold gel packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
