Anti-RPA1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the replication protein A1 (RPA1) subunit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the largest component of the heterotrimeric RPA complex that coats and stabilizes single-stranded DNA during replication, nucleotide excision repair, and homologous recombination. The immunogen-derived antibody detects endogenous RPA1 in human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot analysis of the characteristic ~70 kDa band, immunofluorescence visualization of nuclear foci that form at stalled replication forks, and immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections.

Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Store aliquots at -20 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity; for short-term use, keep the working stock refrigerated.
