Anti-RPA 70 kDa subunit Antibody

RPA70 functions as the primary DNA-binding subunit, anchoring the complex to exposed ssDNA intermediates during nucleotide excision repair, homologous recombination, and replication fork restart, while also serving as a recruitment platform for ATR and other checkpoint kinases.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera raised in rabbit, enabling flexible secondary antibody selection and direct fluorophore or enzyme conjugation for custom staining protocols.
