The IgG2a isotype is unconjugated and is validated for ELISA and immunostaining (IS) workflows. With a clonality of monoclonal and a host species of mouse, the antibody is supplied as a liquid Protein A-purified preparation and is non-reactive with Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Parainfluenza 1–3, Adenovirus, M. pneumoniae, H. pylori and mammalian cells, supporting clean detection of Rotavirus antigens in virology, diagnostic and vaccine-research laboratories.
