Anti-ROS (phospho-Y2114) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ROS protein when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 2114. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ROS around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 2114, the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of human ROS only when phosphorylated at Tyr2114, according to the manufacturer. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, with an IgG isotype. The target has a stated molecular weight of ~ 264 kDa.
