Anti-RORC Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to ROR gamma (RORC), supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 223–312 of human RORC (NP_005051.2). The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is prepared by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 58 kDa.

The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
