Anti-RORA Antibody

According to the manufacturer's documentation, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 175–255 of human RORA (NP_599023.1). The reported molecular weight is 70 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is validated for Western blot (WB), with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. The catalogue listing additionally lists immunofluorescence (IF) among the supported applications.
