ROR2 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 2) is a single-pass transmembrane receptor belonging to the receptor tyrosine kinase superfamily, best known for its role in non-canonical Wnt/planar cell polarity signaling during skeletal morphogenesis, chondrocyte differentiation, and tissue patterning. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes the human, mouse, and rat ROR2 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 100 µl aliquot is formulated for standard workflows on cell and tissue lysates by Western blot and on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections by immunohistochemistry.

Investigators studying osteogenesis, craniofacial development, planar cell polarity, or ROR2-driven oncogenic signaling in osteosarcoma, melanoma, and renal carcinoma have used anti-ROR2 reagents to follow receptor expression, subcellular distribution, and downstream effects on cell migration and invasion. Verified reactivity covers human, mouse, and rat samples; pair with appropriate host-matched secondary antibodies, normal blocking sera, and optimized antigen retrieval when working on fixed sections. The glycerol-stabilized liquid formulation should be refrigerated for routine use, protected from light, and handled to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve long-term binding activity.
