From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against RORα (G41). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is supported by 2 scientific images.
The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of RORα protein. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of Human RORα and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The expected molecular weight is ~ 60 kDa.
The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
