Anti-ROCK2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ROCK2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation with an IgG isotype. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1109–1388 of human ROCK2 (NP_004841.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 161 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
