Anti-ROCK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting ROCK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunoprecipitation (IP), is KO validated, and is supported by 4 scientific images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 400–660 of human ROCK1 (NP_005397.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 158 kDa. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100.
