Anti-Rock-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed through AFMS, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal-region peptide of human Rock-1 and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, where it detects endogenous levels of Rock-1 protein across human, mouse, rat and monkey samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
