Anti-ROBO4 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ROBO4. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 848-1007 of human ROBO4 (NP_061928.4). The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 130 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
