RNH1 (Ribonuclease Inhibitor 1) is a cytoplasmic leucine-rich repeat protein that binds pancreatic-type ribonucleases and protects cellular RNA from degradation. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot optimized for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.
The antibody detects endogenous RNH1 in cell lysates and tissue sections, supporting research into RNA turnover, stress-granule assembly, and angiogenin pathway regulation. Polyclonal preparations of this kind are commonly used to localize RNH1 by chromogenic IHC and to confirm expression changes by immunoblotting in studies of placental biology and oxidative stress response.
For best stability, store refrigerated at 4°C in aliquoted working volumes to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; brief room temperature handling is acceptable during routine staining and blotting protocols.
