Anti-RNGTT Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RNGTT (RNA guanylyltransferase and 5'-phosphatase), the mRNA-capping enzyme also referenced by the synonyms CAP1A and HCAP1. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human RNGTT protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, where it recognizes the endogenous total RNGTT protein.
