Anti-RNF34 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as an IgG reagent and provided in unconjugated form for use with human samples [C0, S1]. The target, RNF34 (Ring finger protein 34), is an intracellular enzyme localised to the nucleoplasm and nuclear bodies with low tissue specificity [S3]. Validated applications include Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence [S1].

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-220 of human RNF34 (NP_079402.2) [S1]. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified [S1]. The recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, with the target protein observed at a molecular weight of 42 kDa [S1].

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
