Anti-RNF31 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises RNF31, also known as HOIP. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with confirmed reactivity against human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 500–700 of human RNF31 (NCBI reference NP_060469.4). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 125 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is affinity-purified, with lot-specific concentration. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; on receipt they should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
