Anti-RNF2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab187509)

Available through Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against RNF2, also known as RING2/RING1B/RNF2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The target has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–336 of human RING1B/RING1B/RNF2 (NP_009143.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, purified by affinity chromatography, with a lot-specific concentration. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 each for IHC, ICC/IF, IP, and ChIP. It is shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
