Anti-RNF2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against RNF2, also referred to by synonyms including BAP1, DING, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RING2, HIPI3 and RING1B. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated using recombinant full-length human RNF2 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the RNF2 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.

Validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG.
