RNF14 (Ring Finger Protein 14) is a RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase widely studied as a transcriptional coactivator of the androgen receptor and other steroid nuclear receptors. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples, supplied at 100 µl volume.
Also referenced as ARA54 in the androgen receptor literature, RNF14 is implicated in hormone-dependent signaling and prostate cancer progression research. The antibody enables investigation of ubiquitin ligase activity, nuclear receptor crosstalk, and coregulator networks that modulate transcription. Endogenous expression is detectable across standard cell lysates and tissue sections under the recommended protocols. For best reagent stability, aliquot on arrival and store refrigerated, avoiding excessive freeze-thaw cycles beyond standard polyclonal handling practice.
