Anti-RNF138 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RNF138, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), with select variants also validated for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RNF138, and detects endogenous levels of total RNF138 protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The rabbit IgG was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. RNF138 is also known by the synonyms E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF138, hNARF, NARF, Nemo-like kinase-associated RING finger protein, NLK-associated RING finger protein, RING finger protein 138 and RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF138.
