Description
Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal reagent for the detection of mouse RNF13 by western blotting. The unconjugated IgG antibody is recommended for use at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 204-381 of human RNF13 (NP_009213.1).
The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only.
