This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RNF125, a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase that negatively regulates innate immune signaling by ubiquitinating pattern recognition receptors such as RIG-I and MDA5. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, the reagent is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated IgG stock and is validated for immunofluorescence (IF) on human cells and tissue. The antibody recognizes endogenous RNF125 in fixed samples and supports fluorescence imaging studies of antiviral defense pathways and interferon signaling.
RNF125 also modulates T cell receptor signaling through JAK1 turnover, making this Antibodies.com reagent a useful probe for research into lymphocyte activation, viral restriction mechanisms, and the post-translational control of innate sensors. Apply at manufacturer-recommended dilutions for indirect immunofluorescence on cultured human cells or cryosections.
