Raised in rabbit against human RNF125, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 200 µl of antisera in a single vial and is validated for immunofluorescence applications. RNF125, also called TRAC-1, is a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase best known for tagging RIG-I and MDA5 for degradation within the RIG-I-like receptor antiviral pathway, and for modulating T-cell receptor zeta-chain signaling, making the reagent a useful probe for studies of innate immune regulation. With reactivity validated for human samples, the unconjugated IgG format lets users pair the primary with their preferred fluorophore-conjugated secondary for IF imaging of ligase expression, subcellular localization, or induction kinetics in transfected or stimulated cells. The polyclonal rabbit background favors recognition of multiple epitopes across the RNF125 sequence, which can be helpful when probing low-abundance targets. For best results, aliquot the reagent upon first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and store according to the manufacturer's instructions.
